Habits that increase health risks after iftar

Devout Muslims fast by abstaining from food and drink throughout the day and break the fast at the end of the day. After Iftar, energy and activity in the body increases. But due to many wrong habits we have to face various health risks. Your body is suffering a lot.

It should be noted that Ramadan is not about eating delicious food at Sehri and Iftar, but about purifying oneself spiritually.

> Iftar should be done with light food. But many people eat more food. This makes your body very tired. Besides, eating excess food can cause various problems including indigestion, gas, stomach ache. So try iftar with something light during iftar. Eat a full meal later. It keeps the body healthy and well.

> Many people drink tea or smoke again after finishing Iftar. But it is not good for health at all. These 2 habits are putting your health at risk. Because the tonic acid in tea changes the normal pH of the esophagus and causes digestive problems. And smoking after iftar causes obstruction in the arteries, which can lead to death by preventing adequate oxygen transport.

> Many people have the habit of going to bed after breaking the fast. Many fell asleep again from exhaustion. But your lying down does not digest food properly. Digestion is disturbed. It puts your health at risk.
