The Native Canadian Center of Toronto has been working with Canadian Aboriginal people for over 60 years. Last week they hosted the Indigenous Artisan Market Place. It is an art exhibition of tribal artisans and Meena Bazaar.

Although there are about 450 ethnic groups in Canada, only 5 percent of the total population is Aboriginal. All the tribal peoples I met have wonderful brightly colored clothes, jewelry and other items. My dress is plain, my native. So although the tribal material is not worn, but looks good. so i went I got along with my wife.

I saw a few girls sitting at the stall making jewelery with beads. Eric owns a stall. He painted with fire. The jewelery stall next to her is her mother’s. I was impressed to see such a wonderful work of mother and son.

Most stalls prohibit photography. Even so, I managed to take some pictures for the sake of Boudi. There is a tribal totem in front of the center, I took a picture of it at the end.
