Nowadays everyone is addicted to mobile phones

Nowadays, everyone is addicted to mobile phones. The world of mobile phones is taking away face-to-face conversation, chat leisure. This habit leads to less sleep, strained personal relationships, increased anxiety and depression. The key to living a healthy life by removing the influence of the digital world from our lives is in our hands.

Create a habit of thinking:

Falling in love with the digital world, we no longer think about ourselves. Time to think first. Put the mobile away and spend a certain time with yourself every day. You will see, the range of thinking has increased a lot.

Fix the time:
Set a time limit for how long you watch TV, use the computer and use the phone. Try to stay away from your phone for at least an hour after waking up. Try not to bring office work home. Put your phone away at least an hour before bed. Read books, spend time with family, listen to music in free time. Rekindle your old hobbies.

App Trim:
It is better not to keep the rest of the apps on the phone except the useful ones. Meaning, keep useful apps like booking app cap, food ordering and cut social networking and chatting apps. You’ll see, you won’t want to look at your phone anymore. The work must be done even if it is difficult. When starting a ‘diet’ you have to be a little strict.

Find friends:
You need a partner while dieting. Tell him about your problem. If you show too much addiction to the digital world, he will stop you. This friend can also be a member of your household. You can spend a lot of time talking with him.

Go on vacation without a phone:
Now it is difficult to go without a phone. When you go out on the road, you need a phone. But turn off the phone once you reach your destination while traveling. Keep those few days only for family, friends or partner. Enjoy the proximity to the environment.
