Shiuli slowly explains everything to Rafique Sahab. Following Zakir Sahab, Shiuli finds Sahida Begum. Standing by the window, the form of Sahida Begum that Shiuli sees should have made her happy, but it doesn’t. Shiuli notices that Sahida Begum’s whole hand is fine, meaning the severed finger sent to her was from someone else. Moreover, Sahida Begum is here, sitting with a two-year-old child on her lap.
Shiuli is stunned by this. To her surprise, Sahida Begum says to Zakir Sahab, “How long should I live like this? Will I spend my whole life in your bungalow?”
“No. Shiuli is now useless. Everyone has used her body so much that no one wants her anymore. That’s why I’m thinking of selling her.”
“Then give her away. How long will I hide with my child?”
From the conversation between Sahida Begum and Zakir Sahab, Shiuli understands the entire situation. In fact, Sahida Begum was involved in Zakir Sahab’s plan. It can be said that Zakir Sahab did everything according to her instructions. First, Sahida Begum won Shiuli’s heart. Then, she staged the drama of being imprisoned and blackmailed Shiuli into doing things for them. Both of them used Shiuli solely for their own benefit. After hearing all of this, Shiuli’s entire world turns upside down. The person she trusted and loved, the one she had sacrificed herself for all these years, was playing such a game. Shiuli thinks to herself, “In this selfish world, no one comes without selfishness. I thought Sahida Begum’s love was true because she was a mother. Was that my crime?”
How many times has she been deceived in life, even by the beautiful words of a father and mother? Hearing the conversation between Zakir Sahab and Sahida Begum, Shiuli realizes that Sahida Begum had gained the ability to bear a child after undergoing advanced treatment. The child in her lap is theirs, and they plan to build a future over Shiuli’s living corpse. Shiuli exits the room and, at one point on the way, considers ending her life. But then she thinks, “I have nothing left in this life. Why should I die and give Zakir Sahab and Sahida Begum the chance to trade another Shiuli’s life? I won’t do that.” Strengthening her resolve, Shiuli decides to go straight to the police station.
Rafique Sahab listens to Shiuli’s story, and then says, “I will take your case. I will handle it properly. But where will you go now?”
Shiuli replies instantly, “I’ll spend the night under some tree.”
Rafique Sahab disagrees. He says, “If Zakir Sahab finds out that you’re suing him, they will harm you. You need protection.” Rafique Sahab then takes Shiuli to Champa’s house, telling her to stay there until the case is resolved. Shiuli looks at Rafique Sahab with grateful eyes. He smiles, pats her head, and leaves.
In no time, Champa becomes friendly with Shiuli, offering her food and telling her to sleep. Shiuli eats and falls asleep. Her sleep is disturbed in the middle of the night by the sound of many voices. Upon hearing this, she goes to the living room. What she sees there is something she was not prepared for. Thinking it was the police, Shiuli had trusted Rafique Sahab to file the case. But there, she finds Rafique Sahab sitting with Zakir Sahab. Zakir Sahab smiles faintly when he sees Shiuli and says, “Do you think it’s that easy to escape from me, sweetheart?”
Rafique Sahab and the others laugh. Shiuli notices that even Champa is laughing. This world is strange. Shiuli takes some time to understand this. She now realizes that it’s not only men who are bad, but there are also women like Sahida Begum and women like Champa, who, even after seeing Rafique and Zakir together in their filth, did nothing. Champa never extended a helping hand when Shiuli cried for help. Shiuli thinks to herself, “Everyone is bad. There is no punishment for sinners in this world. How could there be, when people like Rafique are sold to money?”
Shiuli has endured pain and torment throughout her life. She has suffered so many wounds that today, she feels defeated. After losing herself, Shiuli takes the biggest decision of her life. After breaking free from the hands of Zakir and Rafique, she runs and jumps out of the window before they can understand what’s happening. Before Rafique, Zakir, and Champa can react, Shiuli falls from the window.
As per Chayan’s instructions, he arrives at Zakir Sahab’s bungalow, where his team is searching for Zakir and Sahida Begum. At one point, someone discovers a severed part of a skeleton’s hand beneath the ground. As they dig, a shocking scene unfolds. They find not one or two, but over fifty pieces of human skeletons.
Chayan stands dumbfounded at the sight of so many skeletons. The bungalow is located in a remote area far from the city, and it was only today that Chayan’s team had confirmed it was Zakir Sahab’s. Seeing all this, Chayan says, “It looks like all the missing person cases that haven’t been solved might be resolved by these bodies.”
Meanwhile, the news reaches the journalists, who come with a crowd of people. The situation becomes chaotic, and Chayan and his team try to manage everything.
By the time Chayan gets back home, it’s around 2 AM. He finds Dia still awake. Chayan first apologizes, then says, “I have a job where I work even on my wedding day.”
“No problem. I understand everything. So, what happened? I saw the news; it looked bad over there.”
Chayan speaks with a worried tone, “Yes. Over fifty people were murdered. The situation there was terrible.”
“Let’s not talk about it,” Dia says.
Chayan agrees and goes to freshen up. Meanwhile, Dia prepares food for him. When Chayan returns, he jokingly says, “Now I understand why a wife is so important.”
Dia smiles, and they eat together. Chayan feeds Dia very gently. Finally, Chayan moves closer to Dia and asks, “Can I kiss you?”
Chayan’s words weren’t meant to be anything special, but Dia is touched by them. She doesn’t know if this is something husbands usually ask, but maybe that’s why she’s moved. When Dia agrees, Chayan kisses her softly on the forehead. Dia hugs him tightly and takes a deep, relieved breath before saying, “Never betray my love, Chayan.”
“I promise. That day will never come.”
Dia becomes very happy and hugs Chayan tightly. At that moment, Chayan’s phone rings again. Dia says, “Now, no matter how urgent it is, I’m not letting you answer.”
Hearing this, Chayan smiles but says nothing. He tries to take the phone, but Dia grabs it and decides she won’t let him answer. Chayan calmly says, “It could be a work call.”
Dia still doesn’t agree. The phone keeps ringing, and Dia looks at the screen, stunned. Chayan notices this and quickly grabs the phone from her hand.
