If you haven’t seen these movies, you haven’t really seen life.

2. The Shawshank Redemption (1993)
   
   This movie tells the story of Andy Dufresne, wrongfully imprisoned for murder, and his life and struggles in prison. A deep friendship grows between Andy and a fellow inmate named Red, making the story even more human. The film proves that only faith and perseverance can keep a person alive even in dark times. Andy’s patience and intelligence on the road to freedom is truly astonishing. This movie shows that hope makes a person unstoppable.
3. Pulp Fiction (1994)
   Quentin Tarantino’s film uses a unique storytelling technique with multiple short stories that unfold to reveal the main narrative, blending crime and humor in an innovative way. It left a significant mark on 20th-century pop culture. The outstanding performances of John Travolta, Uma Thurman, and Samuel L. Jackson stay etched in memory. Its unique screenplay and dialogue made this film stand out to audiences.
4. The Dark Knight (2008)
   Directed by Christopher Nolan, this is one of the best movies in the Batman series. Heath Ledger’s incredible performance as the Joker adds a whole new dimension to the film. The struggle between Batman and the Joker for control of Gotham City is captivating. This is not just a superhero film but also raises important moral questions.
5. 12 Angry Men (1957)
   A courtroom drama where the debates of 12 jurors regarding a murder case unfold. The differing opinions and hesitations of each juror bring the story to a peak of tension. Despite being set in just one room, the depth of the story touches the heart. Through argument, the psychological state and personal perspectives of each character are revealed. As a symbol of the justice system and fairness, this film remains exceptional.
6. Fight Club (1999)
   An unusual and mind-bending story in which a frustrated young man starts a new type of club. The performances of Brad Pitt and Edward Norton make every moment of the movie thrilling. The story symbolizes rebellion against society’s rules and corporate enslavement. Deeply psychological and intriguing, this movie teaches us to see the true face of society. It sparked a lot of discussion among movie lovers, despite being a cult classic after years of its release.
7. City of God (2002)
   
   This film is set in the crime-ridden areas of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and depicts how crime affects the lives of children. The realistic storyline and cinematography helped it gain worldwide praise. The events unfold through the eyes of a young photographer. City of God highlights the suffering and struggles of the underprivileged in society.
8. Seven Samurai (1954)
   A masterpiece by Akira Kurosawa, where a group of samurai protect a village. This classic samurai film has influenced many movies that followed. Each samurai character is unique, and they are determined to fulfill their duty. The cinematography and visuals make the audience feel like they are in the village. Though the movie has a long runtime, it offers an educational and thrilling experience.
9. Forrest Gump (1994)
   The extraordinary life of an ordinary man, highlighting various moments in Forrest’s life. Tom Hanks’ performance is the soul of the movie. Forrest faces life’s challenges with simplicity and patience. This film helps us see life’s unexpected twists from a new perspective. It inspires us to maintain a positive outlook on life.
10. Goodfellas (1990)
    Directed by Martin Scorsese, this movie centers around the rise and fall of the criminal world. Through the character of Henry Hill, the film portrays the reality of the underworld. The performances by Robert De Niro, Ray Liotta, and Joe Pesci make this film unique. The story reflects the themes of loyalty, fame, and betrayal among friends. This movie offers an insightful and thrilling experience of the criminal world.
