Eat vegetables
Watch your food list. Get rid of all types of fast food, junk food and eat fresh vegetables instead. Eat a lot of vegetables with a small amount of rice or bread in the meal. It will make your body shed extra fat much easier.

Eat protein rich foods
Not only vegetables, but a balanced diet should be eaten. So food with enough protein should be kept in the food list. However, fatty foods should be avoided. Wake up in the morning and drink some healthy drink. It will refresh the start of your day. If you are aiming to shed extra fat then you can drink lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning. This drink works great to maintain metabolism and lose fat.

Walk every day
There is no alternative to walking if you want to lose fat. But not irregular, walk should be regular. Take a short walk at a certain time every day. Try to walk at least 15 minutes a day. More walking is better. If you do this regularly, you will see that shedding your excess fat will become much easier.
