Split Dissociative identity disorder

Dissociative Identity Disorder is a type of mental illness. People with this disorder have multiple identities residing in their brain. Whichever identity is activated at a particular moment, the person behaves accordingly. When the identity switches, the person has no memory of the events that occurred under the previous identity. Find 3 movies based on Dissociative Identity Disorder today.

1) Split : For me this is the best among all the movies made in the world about dissociative identity disorder. Split’s making presentation story acting were all just outstanding. It was making the head hang. 24 identities reside in the brain of the lead character of this movie. James McAvoy represented the 24 characters perfectly which I don’t know if anyone else could have done. Split is the best movie in the world made about dissociative identity disorder.

2) Anniyan : They deserve enough praise for making a movie about Dissociative identity disorder at a time like 2005 when there was a trend in India like Lutuputu Prem Piriti and swinging the waist with the heroine with two arms outstretched. The story could have been represented a little more smartly, but it was good. The lead character of this movie, Vikram, has 3 identities living in his brain. He has presented the characters through excellent acting.

3) Ekti Khola Janala : Recently an OTT content from Bangladesh is an open window. Out of 51 minutes, 45 minutes are getting negative reviews because the director kept so many unnecessary scenes. But actually its story is about dissociative identity disorder. Vicky Zaheed could have represented this story more smartly. But the budget issue is also here. In it, the lead character Tasnia Farin has 2 identities living in her brain and she has presented both the characters beautifully on the screen with excellent acting.

Many movies have been made about Dissociative identity disorder around the world. I talked about only 3 movies. Maybe in the future I will give a list of 100 movies made with this disorder.
