I watched the Mirzapur series at the end, although I should have watched it earlier. Foreign series are more watched so not seen. Great series. I like to watch mafia or don type series so I satisfied my heart by watching Mirzapur. Politics, power struggle and business are the most prominent in the series. Power is a complex thing that is difficult to capture and even more difficult to retain. A great businessman and a great leader are like the wheels of a bicycle. For a power cycle to run, both wheels must run in sync.
Akhand Tripathi called the King or Don of Mirzapur. Cold people. Reigned with a cool head. Although his head is cool, his eyes are fierce like lions. He has a huge arsenal of weapons. Mainly a carpet trader as well as in the opium business. The mafias in the area want Mirzapur. But getting rid of Akhand Tripathi is not so easy. His character is quite likeable. Everyone knows him as Kalin Bhai.
Munna Tripathi is the most popular character in the series, those who have seen this series say that Munna Bhai means Mirzapur series. Akhand or Kalin Bhai’s only son. The boy is not like a ball of fire. Hot headed and quite aggressive but can make a good bed. One to one hundred and fifty.
Guddu and head hot type but has good intelligence. Body builder. You have good energy but I like Bablu better than Guddu. Stops complex situations with a cool head. The two brothers are very similar but their conflict with Munna Bhai will never end. Kalin Bhai, however, uses them for business purposes. Gradually they also prove themselves to be the best by doing good work. They create an effect of their own. But the conflict is going on with Munna.
Just like the foreign mafia series is family oriented here too. The whole family deals in drugs and weapons. The series has a lot of violence as well as great action and thrilling and killing. There is also drama. Political and serial characters have been highlighted through drama. In a word, one of the best mafia or don series in India. This is the best mafia or criminal based series I have seen since Sacred Games.
The annoying character is JP Yadav. Buck bucks more. Women are greedy. Sweety’s character is overrated. Shabnam’s character is not bad but Madhuri, wife of our beloved Munna Bhai, is more likeable. A very cool and cunning girl. From a widow to a colorful wife again.
Guddu and Bablu’s father Ramakant Pandit is an honest lawyer. He took a case against Munna. It becomes a big problem. He is fighting against the righteous and the unrighteous. For his honesty and patience, Maya will really feel sorry for him. A crime series needs such characters.
Rati Sankar who is the mafia of Jainpur, his son Shukola is very intelligent. He could have been made more aggressive. I like Shukola too. Shukola is now in charge of Jainpur. Very cool and cunning. Our favorite Chhota Young Mafia Munnar target Jainpur.
In the Tripathi family, the old Bawiji character was interesting. The old wheel sits in a chair but may look good. old man The direction of the series is excellent.
Seasons one and two were worth watching. Outstanding in one word. But when season three came, it lost its rhythm. Suddenly it was broken. led to Season one and two show violent crime and thrilling and many games of politics, but that doesn’t mean that the fun is not there anymore. Like where season three lost its test.
The whole series is a ludo and chess game of crime and politics. It would be nice to see Kalin Bhai’s intelligence. That kind of intelligence knows politics. Maqbool’s character is rough. But his loyalty to Kalin Bhai is commendable. Lala’s character is fine. Not too aggressive and not too soft.
The story, location, VFX and making are excellent. But there is no special suspense.
First Season: The first season shows the dominance of the Tripathi family in Mirzapur. Munna is a hot-headed type of boy, so there is a lot of resentment towards his father. Guddu and his brother Bablu work for Tripathi. Continues to perform well. Their dominance is created. Kalin Bhai wants to expand the arms business. Guddu and his brother have fun with Munna. A power struggle is underway.
Season Two: Desperate for revenge, Guddu and Gulo join forces with their enemies to consolidate their dominance. Especially becoming friendly with Lala. Tripathi and the Chief Minister become relatives. Kalin Bhai of Tripathi strengthened his power again with intelligence. But the enemy is in a very strong position. Guddu is like a big road cut. Our Munna Bhai dies. Tripathi’s kingdom fell suddenly. Dishonesty is another reason.
The rule is that mafias have power today, not tomorrow. The series has strong female characters. First Bina who is Kalin Bhai’s wife. Gulo is known as the only action girl. But boring. Sweetie’s sister.
Third Season: After Munna’s death, the series loses a lot of rhythm. Missing Munna. The story of the series is okay but the fun is not. Guddu and Gulo are now in the seat of Mirzapur. The game of politics is frozen. Madhuri wants to take revenge. However, Guddu’s prison fight was the favorite in the third season. Akhand Tripathi saw his lion form again.
In any case, it is better not to extend the series. If such a series goes on for more seasons, there is no consistency in quality. I don’t know if there will be a fourth season.
