details
It is not true that all of the above signs will be observed in all cases, in each case, each thing can cause this disease, the symptoms can also be different. Even if an unwanted event of the present is small, it is considered huge in their eyes, and that covers their life, everything else escapes the eyes. They plan the future around that little incident, think that something very bad will happen, lose positivity.

What we see as anxiety in these patients is that they feel so restless and anxious about what might happen in the future that they can’t actually enjoy the present at all. It turns out that with a five to ten percent chance, they tend to think so much about something that they don’t care about the more important things happening at the moment. They make the present miserable by being indifferent to the important things of the present by thinking about the fear of the future, and bring many undesirable conclusions at many important times of life.

Patients suffering from this disease often start to worry about something or the other, it can be said that they fall in love with worrying without realizing it, much like an addiction. As funny as it sounds, they are always looking for something to worry about. When they don’t have something important to think about, they look for little things to worry about. For example, suppose Mokhles has this disease. He doesn’t get much to think about these days. He suddenly sat down one day to calculate how much water his little girl (nine years old, so she knows how, from where, if necessary, to get water) is drinking daily. She noticed that her daughter did not drink three full glasses of water throughout the day.

He started thinking, ‘This is the end of the world’. To his horror, the girl was getting terribly sick day by day. He followed the girl all day long and struggled to feed her water, while chasing after the water he developed such a bitter relationship with her that when he returned home she would happily run to him and hug him and sit on his lap, talking all day long. , that girl now when it’s time for her father to come home, she goes into the house and calls, pretending not to hear even if she calls. And Mokhles’ concern about her daughter has reached such an extreme level that she stopped drinking and started researching online about what terrible diseases can be caused by drinking less water.

His wife tries to convince him but nothing happens. At a point of frustration, his wife and daughters started mocking him, saying, ‘nei kaj to khai vaj’. Similarly, Madankumar was constantly worried about what would happen if his son lost his house key while going to school. While at work one day, it occurred to him that his eight-year-old son, Robin, must have forgotten to take his keys on his way home from school today. He imagines that after Robin goes to school, he sees the key on top of the microwave when he goes to work. He began to sweat, he wondered, when Robin walked home alone from school, what if two or three boys followed him, and when they couldn’t get into the house, they took Robin away in their microbus? If Chha-posha demands ransom from Madankumar? What if robin does any harm? How would he do that?

Thinking about these things, he creates danger at work. He is a construction worker, while going to work and having these unnecessary thoughts, he meets with an accident, he has to go to the hospital, he has to return home with stitches and bandages. On returning home, he finds that Robin’s mother has tied the key like a locket around his neck and Robin has no problem returning home. In this way, these patients excessively and irrationally think about health, wealth, danger, education, family, loved ones, etc., worry, create anxiety, and make life miserable for themselves and the people around them.

In addition to the above information about the symptoms and treatment of this disease, Dr. Shafiul Islam Khaled, Associate Professor, Department of Psychiatry, Jalalabad Ragib Rabeya Medical College, also said that this disease is usually treated with medication and psychotherapy. Patients are generally prescribed low doses of antidepressants. Sometimes sleeping pills can play a very effective role. He also said that exposure and response prevention is very important in psychotherapy, cognitive behavior therapy or CBT and behavior therapy. Also according to his advice, breathing relaxation, following sleep hygiene is very effective.
