Ross Atkins frustrated over Ohtani issue

General manager Ross Atkins also expressed disappointment that Shohei Ohtani did not sign with the Toronto Blue Jays. Atkins spoke to the media after signing center fielder Kevin Kiermaier and utility man Isaiah Kinnear-Falefa. He expressed his disappointment there.
