Health Registries must be informed if your address or other personal information has changed, such as your name, family unit changes due to marriage, divorce, or the addition or removal of dependents.

Arrangements are in progress for the 2023 medical care reestablishment. On December 31, 2023, the current health cards are set to expire. Beginning in the middle of the fall of 2023, eHealth will begin sending renewal stickers to people who are currently eligible for health coverage in Saskatchewan.

Your current health card and service coverage will be extended by renewal stickers until December 31, 2026. You may be charged for medical services if your health card expires.
