In fact, this kind of unique concept is not usually seen in movies. The story of the film is really amazing. But the best thing is the screenplay.
As much as a story can be perfected, Maharaja’s screenplay has been crafted with as much effort.
The story was told in a non-linear way so there was enough suspense. The screenplay is so perfect that you can’t take your eyes off the screen for a second from start to finish.
I am impressed with the story and screenplay. But the twist given at the end of the film is not possible for everyone to take.
Believe me, I cried. You might think the twist is supposed to be a thrilling feeling but did you cry?
In fact, the climax of this film gives you thrilling feelings and full of emotions; Will give both. This picture is a complete package. You have to see it and feel it.
The film stars Vijay Sethupathi and popular filmmaker Anurag Kashyap in lead roles. These two guys did a great job. Vijay Sethupathi is already a great actor but from what Anurag Kashyaf has shown, I thought Anurag Kashyap needs to be regular in acting from now on. Why say! You will understand that by looking at the picture. Apart from these two, Mamata Mohandas has a small role. The girl who played the role of Vijay Sethupathi’s daughter also did well.
‘Maharaja’ is the second film produced by director Nithilan Swaminathan. So much perfect making and screenplay in the second film; There is no way not to be impressed. I will also watch his first film soon. I have become a fan of his work.
There is no song in the film. But the background music was good. Cinematography is also great. In fact, I could not pay much attention to the technical aspect; Because I was enjoying the film so much that the focus was only on the continuity of acting and screenplay.
‘Maharaja’ was made on a budget of 25-30 crores but the film earned around 120 crores at the box office. This is a perfect movie. It’s hard to find a reason not to like this film.
